Between the house and the woodland, a garden that is an integral part of the site.
On the edge of the Montnegre i el Corredor Nature Park, Can Peregrina has grown out of an intimate relationship with the surrounding landscape. A Mediterranean-style garden that captures the essence of the natural surroundings and brings them closer to the house through shade, water, scents and the movement of the vegetation.
Olive trees and cypresses emerge amongst clusters of naturalistic planting, whilst stone and brick lend a warm, timeless quality. Scattered amongst them are small spaces for gathering, resting or simply contemplating, creating a gentle transition between the living spaces and the woodland.
The result is a serene, romantic and slightly untamed landscape, where boundaries blur and the garden seems to form part of a landscape that has always been there.
